Composite Graphs

The lumber and panel graphs shown below are composite prices that hopefully give you a feel for where prices have been over the last two years.  While past movements don’t predict future trends, there is a reason why the charts might be helpful.

For example, the slide in panel prices  is troubling because prices could easily return to 2013 level which could be a jump of about 40%. We can give you 30 days of price protection, but we recommend inserting price protection clauses in your contracts with the homeowner.

Getting caught short in a large market run can be nasty business!
